Patron Code of Conduct
Individuals have the right to safely use the library and without discrimination. The Seville Township Library board has adopted the following policies to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patrons and employees.
All laws, local ordinances, and library policies shall be obeyed. Committing or attempting to commit an act in violation of federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or library policy (including but not limited to assault, larceny, or vandalism) is prohibited. Any activity violating the aforementioned will be dealt with by the discretion of the staff.
Solicitation and loitering are prohibited.
Personal belongings should not be left unattended as the Library does not claim responsibility for any damages or loss of property.
Smoking is prohibited on Library property.
Shirts and shoes are required and must be worn at all time inside the Library and on Library property.
Food and beverages are allowed if patron in sitting at the table in the main lobby. All food or beverages must be contained or in a container with a lid.
